The Fitness Generation has a fleet of service and support staff located throughout Australia. Our Customer Support Centre is situated in Melbourne and our service technicians who are all internationally trained are able to respond to any service inquiry within 48 hours.

The Fitness Generation is very proud of the fact that we have the best after sales support structure within the industry. Our policy is to always support our customers and this is achieved by investing in having the correct procedures and protocols to support our customers.
Stock on Hand
We stock a range of all spare parts in each of our state offices to enable minimal disruption time when a spare part is required. We understand the importance of having every possible product available all year round.
Our technicians are highly skilled and attend service seminars and training programs hosted by our overseas suppliers. Each technician is specifically trained on all of our products across the three business sectors. The technicians have a vast array of product knowledge, experience and ability when resolving any technical issues.
